FlotAppBeta from 1 Dec

Beta · sign-up opens 1 December 2026

Free driver settlement software for Uber, Bolt and FreeNow fleets

You upload the app reports and FlotApp calculates payouts by your rules: commission, car rental, deposit, cash. Each driver gets a statement in Telegram.

Settlements stay free for good, not just during a trial.

Your spreadsheet rules, written once

Describe commission, VAT, rental and ZUS in a template that looks like a sheet. Take columns straight from the reports. Change a rule and see the new result at once, without writing to support.

Spreadsheet, rebuilt every week

What happens on its own

  • Bolt without files

Bolt data arrives through the Fleet API. Nothing to download or upload.

  • Document deadlines

Driver and car documents about to expire show up in notifications ahead of time.

  • Statements to drivers

Once you approve the week, every driver gets their statement in Telegram.

  • Invoices from KSeF

Cost invoices are pulled from KSeF into the system automatically.

Features

This page lists only features already running in a real fleet.

  • Report import

Uber, Bolt and FreeNow in one place. CSV files, and Bolt through the Fleet API.

  • Settlement templates

Your own formulas, like in a sheet. Changes apply at once.

  • Settlement week

Review, approval and a payout list. Part of a payout in cash, adjustments with a comment.

  • Telegram

Drivers get a link to their statement in the bot. Nothing to install.

  • Fleet and rental

Car records, handovers and returns, deposits, mileage. Kilometrówka VAT from a template.

  • Drivers and documents

Driver records, document deadlines and a contract generator.

  • KSeF

Cost invoices from KSeF and driver invoices in one view.

  • Investors

Settlements with car owners and a report for them in Telegram.

How it works

  1. Upload the reports

Drag in the Uber and FreeNow files. Bolt arrives by itself.

  2. The template calculates

Commission, rental, deposit and cash by your rules.

  3. Approve the week

Drivers get their statements in Telegram, and you get a payout list.

We build it for our own fleet

FlotApp was born in a working fleet partner company. We settle our own drivers with it every week, so every feature is tested on us first.

  • Data stored in the European Union
  • Roles and permissions for managers
  • Change log: who changed what, and when
  • Drivers only see their own statement

FAQ

When can I start?

Beta sign-up opens on 1 December 2026. Write to us and we'll send an invite on launch day.

Are settlements really free?

Yes. Report import, templates and driver settlements cost nothing and don't expire. File storage and add-ons will be paid.

What if the result differs from my spreadsheet?

You set the rules in the template yourself. The statement shows every line separately, so you can see the difference at once and fix it.

Which apps does it work with?

Uber, Bolt and FreeNow. Uber and FreeNow reports are uploaded as files; Bolt data arrives through the Fleet API.

Do drivers need to install an app?

No. The statement arrives in a Telegram bot as a link.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the European Union. Only people you give access to can see it.
